I watched the fight and i ave to say mayweather is an excellent fighter who can adapt to any situation ..... a modern great
Ricky Hatton is equally talented and has alot of heart and if he wants to box at 147lb he has to pratice alot ..... I still think if he
drops down back to 140lb he would win fights again without a doubt ....
Obviously moving up weight means moving up he money so he has to think on what he wants ....
I was watching in the first round where Hatton caught probably his best punch because he stepped back and threw his punch and caught Mayweather with his left hook and the power he got behind that showed that Hatton has the power to go up in weight and for a while he was controling the first 6 rounds and thought Hatton was going to do it but as soon as the ref was breaking things up uncontrollably Hatton got frustrated and getting the point deducted made him think he was losing on the cards and he put all his energy into that round
then the turnin point startined to show and we all know what happened after that ...
All the best to Ricky was hoping he could do it but was dissappointed because of the ref ,even of his quality ( not taking anything away from PBF) felt like he could of made the 12 rounds ,he's a tough man and a great fighter:)
