Thought the Arse were spot on tonight.  Wish we would have got AC Milan instead of Inter, regardless though...

Wouldn't have minded a bit of revenge...

See what happens next round now, providing we don't suffer a repeat of the last time we played Inter at the San Siro.  I also don't want to face Manchester United.  As much as I hate to say it, I can't see past the fuckers...  They play on a different level and never look beaten.

So we could draw Arsenal, Man U OR maybe Chelsea once we have finished Inter off ???

On the other hand we could draw Roma, Real Madrid,Schalke, Porto,Fenerbache, Sevilla,Barcelona,Olympiacos

Best thing for us (if we beat Intercity Milan) is for Arsebone, Manure, Barca and Chavsea to draw each other in the quarterpounders.

I cant believe the amount of people that picked Milan.  Milan have been awful this season and there home record is shocking. I knew Arsenal would score over there. Ancolotti must be sacked now!!!  Milan will be lucky to finish 4th (I think Fiorentina will) and they need to totally rebuild.  Ancolotti should go and the squad needs serious investment.  The old players need moving on.

I predicted an Arsenal win, I knew they would beat AC Milan.

I thought some comments on here that "AC Milan would rip Arsenal apart" is just silly I guess, given AC Milan's form

Arsenal were outstanding I thought. Before I changed my mind, I initially predicted Arsenal to go through over the two legs by virtue of their superior mobility and passing, in contrast to an ageing and stuttering Milan side. That ageing and stuttering Milan side came out, as did the mobile and very fluent Arsenal.

Hleb, Fabregas and Flamini in particular were exceptional.

Damn, did'nt expect Arsenal to beat Milan, I thought that their home atmosphere would be too much for the gunners. I'm also sad for Maldini because this was his last CL game.

Great win for the Hairy Harse, kinda as momentus as our own win against Juve in 2005.  Now we have to beat Inter to complete the double!
