The separation of the faithful - Wrong undemocratic

I joined this site back in 2003, there were some really funny guys about then who very often tested my patience and actually made me wise up and chill out.  Supersub was forever apologisng to me about how these youngsters treated me and how they tried to cut me to the bone. They never did.  Peewee might recall the wonderful drunken arguments we had with himself and his friends. 50% of the time they were right the 50% was made up of the rest of us.  I could always trust John Barnes Granny and GreenRed and Oldredeyes to bring some sembalence of order to the discussion. But the youngsters ruled and made me laugh. I loved them and the pearls of wisdom of cheescakery. I loved that guy even though I never met him. I suspect he may have been an interloper. but he kicked :censored:.  I loved posting here and was asked on a number of occasions to be a moderator. But you see I am a born rebel a Bill Shankly loving non conformist.  I may actual and with my hand on my heart love Shankly more than I love Liverpool FC. As a football coach  myself he was, is remains my hero.  I love Bill Shankly. Anyway thats all by and by.  What forced me to leave this site back then and still winds me up is the separation. When the creators and moderaters of this site created an elite posting forum I had to leave. I could not stay around anymore when censorship was taking over. Liverpool FC was the club of the working class it was a club whose roots lay in real people who struggled to survive. It was born of the people and for the people. I am still very disappoint to see an elite board heree, as if those who post less have less say. I have never posted there and  I never will. I am from the people born of the people and love the people. As was my hero Bill Shankly.  Liverpool FC has never had elite members, apart from Hicks and Gillett.  I am surprise that the elite board still exists I hoped it would be gone.  I do log on there sometimes to see what it being posted AND THE FACT IS, THE FANS WHO DONT HAVE ELITE STATUS MISS OUT BECAUSE THEIR RESPONSE OR VOICE IS NOT ACKNOWLEDGE.  My point is this appartite is wrong wherever it comes from what ever the excuse appartite is wrong. Unify this site and agree with the members a code of behaviour or contract which will lead to exclusion of those who breach the trust of all of us and not the decision of any single or combined moderator.  I dont care why people are banned as long as it because they breach a common agreed set of values.  Id have no complaints.  I would urge evey serious member on here to join me and call for a clear and agreed set of rules that we all know and understand.  that this site is open to all until they breach the rules andtjhat most importantly we all agree waht those rules should be.  I accept that sometimes I talk sh**E but tonight Im right. Thats sounds like an irish ode( now theres a wee copyright mark I need to add here)@is that it.  Anyway stop the appartite.

dunno about you al mate but i was one of the first to have elite status thrust upon me but i think i've managed about 2 posts in there in 2 years. the only other forum i go on has a similar posh lounge but i don't think i've posted in there either. i don't have a problem with having a posh people's lounge, i just don't see the point in it so can't be @rsed using it

PS. guinness is it?

Having an elite lounge is completely wrong, unless I get invited to post in it  :wwww  :wwww
Seriously though, I don't see the need for it myself, we are all equally and hopelessly devoted to Liverpool FC whether we are pro Rafa or not or any other similar disagreement, there should be no little secrets, especially since you can just PM someone anyway.

cheesecakery went off in a huff, dom discovered wooden beads & travelling, beavis is doing a stretch in walton, jbg got abducted by space aliens but came back with no scars other than a wife, and dalglish is too busy repopulating the metropolitan borough of st helens to bother with us lot any more. so not much really.

stu the red stu the boomerang. keeps getting banned and getting allowed back in again al. good footy poster, not a good mixer as it were. dalglish is a top fella, got 2 mini-dalglishes now though (whooda thunk it aged 75  ) so probably too busy to mess about on here. and yes JBG is indeed 60

nobody ever heard anything about old red eyes for about 3 years now. now there was a top bloke. i think he actually WAS as old as dalglish & JBG. hope he's still with us and just been banned from t'internet by a nagging wife

Elite status is very much reflective of LFC.

After all, the new stadium will have executive boxes.

It's all perfectly acceptable.
