Some lids fan wanted the 15 point deduction reversed, many of the other fans on that forum were far from receptive. Anyway I had a quick search for the bitters' petitions to the government, not exactly going well the five active ones :-

Only one has more than 100 signatures, surely there are more people in Liverpool than the 749 that have signed up on behalf of the "people's club"  :laugh:

Some are quite funny, especially the signature counts! I half expected to find one for a certain derby day referee

I was thinking of starting a petition to amend the stupid rule that only living people can be awarded knighthoods, I did a quick search for "Paisley" to see how many petitions exist for his knighthood and found a rather sound counterpetition

Bob Paisley deserves a knighthood, nothing to do with what fergie got given. The spelling suggests he isn't a retard, the petition and the details suggest he is.

I found a petition to revise the laws on posthumous knighthoods, only 11 signed
