According to Sky sports news at 9am this morning, Steve Morgan is on the verge of a 75 million pounds takeover.

This is very interesting timing considering the season starts on saturday, the owen supremacy etc...

It's obvious Morgan is determined to gain control of the club. Perhaps he was also waiting to see if we got through the euro qualifier before making his move. Now that he is back in the frame, I reckon he won't stop until he gets what he wants.
