Defo.
If he ever needed a game to revitalise his season, it is this one against Havant AHopeInHell.

He should score at least 2. If its left to Gerrard or Torres again, to score the goals against this team, I give up.

Goals from elsewhere please....Carra get up there......

Here's a team that i'd like to see

                                   Itandje
Finnan                          Skrtel                 Hypia               Insua

Pennant                        Lucas                 Sissoko            Aurelio

                                   Babel                  El zhar

Not the strongest side but hey , it should be good enough to beat them

Come on lakes , stop being harsh on the lad , yes he hasn't scored that many and yes he should be scoring but he has been asked to play out of postion so many times this season , if he does start i hope he plays in his natural postion rather then playing off another striker or on the wings in a 4-3-3 formation

It still doesn't seem real that we will be playing at Anfield on Saturday. But it must be real, the 6,000 tickets have gone, the coaches are booked up and the team are setting off at 9am in the morning (Friday) to travel up. There is not one H&W player, official or supporter who thinks we could have got a better tie than Liverpool. Your club and fans have been different class ever since we beat Swansea last week. I thank you. All the talk down here is that the game is sold out but I noticed the official site says tickets on sale. What will the crowd be? Anyway, all the best for the rest of the season. Win the European Cup once again but please have a very average game on Saturday.

Hi H&W welcome to the forum. We have no idea what team Rafa will put out for this one ( its hard enough guessing for a Premier League match). I for one am hoping that he rewards your remarkable achievements by playing his strongest 11.

Just out of interest are you hoping for the same or are you just happy enough to have earnt the chance to face us at Anfield no matter what team Rafa puts out ? Obviously I am hoping we win, and to be honest that we win very comfortably but this is a one off match and ANYTHING  is possible  :;):

Either way I am sure your team and fans will have a memorable day out, something to tell the kids about and Congratulations once again on your achievements in the F.A Cup so far

hello mate,
Liverpool team selection is something we've all discussed down here. The general consensus being that while it would be nice to come up against the likes of Torres he would be a bit of a handful!!. I personally think Steve G and Carra are definite starters, I think the team will be mostly stars with maybe a couple of up-and-coming lads. I don't really know. I would be surprised though if Rafa took too many chances. I know the gulf in class is a record 123 places but most of the H&W lads have played pro football. Phil Warner played six Premiership games for Southampton, Richard Pacquette played alongside Crouchy at QPR. Potter the winger is on loan from Peterborough and Steven Gregory has come in on loan from Wycombe. On top of that Scriven, Wilkinson, Oatway and a few others have played league football. They've beaten two league sides, and a good one in Swansea. That said, if an early goal goes in anything could happen. All I'm saying is that they are not a pub team which seemed to be the Sawnsea attitude before the replay. Should be a great occasion though. I spoke to the keeper Kevin Scriven at Thurrock the other night and he's looking forward to keeping goal at the Kop, or the Alamo as he called it. Anyway, thanks again.

Welcome, mate, and congratulations!

I doubt it'll be a significantly weakened team that Rafa puts out tomorrow.  For one, we haven't had a lot of games lately so fatigue won't be that much of a factor.  More importantly, our form has been dire of late and our off-the-field distractions have not been helping.  We desperately need to re-find some form and start building some momentum to keep in the Champions League places in the league and to gear up for the CL clash with Inter Milan.  So, I think we'll field a strong team and look for a confidence boosting win that will help us kick on (like the Luton win was supposed to do!).

I think you'd have to be a defender or goalkeeper to be worth a goal to the opposite team lakes, like a Bramble (back to his best last weekend) or a Paletta

i know that havant are 100/1 to win the game, but playing itandje by the corner flag is surely going too far? :D

Alternative streams at www.myp2p.eu TVU and Sopcast are the most reliable software to use. Like Number 9 said, the quality has been improving this season so it should be good to watch!
