are you sure your a red cos you can not reply to any subject without pulling Rafa down or generally been a fking spiv.

give it a rest

Bit touchy aren't you, plus what the hell does that have to do with being a spiv?

In any case I'm also really looking forward to this game, should be a great day for them.

Also I thought I was the biggest doom and gloom merchant, I worked hard for that title  :eyebrow   :D

fair play to them though. great achievement. they reckon they'll make nearly a million pounds from the game aswell.

Great match.

I hear Benitez is thinking of playing 5-4-1 to keep it tight and thinks a draw is an okay result. :D

Just wondering - We'd all to score FOR Liverpool but how would you feel you were in a local non league team and were playing at Anfield. Would you love to score AGAINST Liverpool because you could bore the ar$e off your mates telling them about your goal at Anfield.

I would.

of course... but their manager won't go for it... he'd ask them to keep it tight...probably play with a single striker in front...

I think its only the 3rd time since WWII that Liverpool have played non-league opposition in the FA Cup, AND this year is only the fourth time in their history that Havant & Waterlooville have made it into the FA Cup proper.

Pretty amazing feat.

Absolutely made up for them to get this tie.

One thing's for sure, it's a huge relief that we got the home draw. :D

Hopefully the BBC get the live rights to this one. Ties like this are exactly what the cup should be about, and seeing as though the romance of the cup has been under question in recent years, what better way to show the public what it's all about?

For me, Torres starts, but with view to keeping him on the pitch for as short a time as possible. At the very least he and Gerrard need to be available on the bench. Putting a weakened side out with a weak bench is just asking for trouble, and if we fail to score in the first 45 with no good attacking options available to come on, god only knows what could happen.

if he says that to them we could get one hell of a game but i hope not a upset lol

Why ?

I know everyone will say they could get injured and all that, but if we would of got a premiership side so could they in that.

Radio five live.

Sky have asked the FA if the game could be moved to 4pm and have asked if they can cover the game live.

This will not happen but it shows how much this game means to fooball, this is what the FA cup is about and i would love the FA to make an exception and let it be on tv.
I think if the bbc had asked they might of got it as its free to air.

I just think this is a perfect opportunity to give someone like Nemeth a game. I'd mix it up a bit, playing some experienced first teamers, but I'd also play the likes of Darby, Insua, Spearing and Nemeth. Hobbs too, unless they want to give Skrtel his debut.

That's not being disrespectful to the opposition. It's just making the best use of the big squad that we've got now.
