The best thing the fans can do tomorrow is cheer the players.

Never mind all this Rafa/Hicks/Gillett/Klinsmann stuff.

I think and hope this will be a support Rafa night, with all the banners and songs in support of our manager. I think we could still win this game with 9 men (in other words with Kuyt and Voronin  :D  )so I am going for a confident 4-0

According to the BBC, seven more Luton players have left the club.

So tomorrow, it will be a full strength LFC team playing four Luton professionals and the first seven Luton fans off the coach.

Wenger: Goodison more intimidating than Anfield

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has delivered another blow to under-fire Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez by admitting that playing at Merseyside rivals Everton is now a more intimidating prospect than running out at Anfield.

And Wenger also revealed he considered re-signing Nicolas Anelka, the former Arsenal striker who moved from Bolton to Chelsea last week in a £15million deal.

Both subjects were raised at the official launch of 'Arsenal TV,' a new television channel which will show six hours of Arsenal-related programmes every night of the week including all first-team matches, and was kicked off by 'Arsenal Question Time' hosted by Des Lynam.

Wenger was asked what ground he most likes or hates visiting for a match and admitted that the atmosphere at Goodison Park is now more intense than at Anfield.

He said: 'Liverpool is the same kind of support but Everton is a bit more aggressive because Everton is up at the moment.

'Over the last one or two years, especially, it has been one of the noisiest grounds and has a great atmosphere.

'Liverpool is the same but now a little bit more genteel.'

I dunno how woodison compares to the kop as i live half way around the world but even by watching live broadcasts over the tele set, one can tell that the noise level at anfield has gone down a couple of notches this season. maybe its one of the contributing factors of our dismal home form.

Ofcourse, ppl will argue that the team's performances hardly give the paying fans much to cheer about. but its high time we got behind the team (And especially the manager), what with all this drama involving the owners and rafa. hope to hear abit of noise over the tele when i watch the luton game later today. And believe me, if i could, i would be there singing and cheering away with the rest of the kop.

I read this on the official site about carra's 500 appearance against luton

they asked benitez what would he think about a team of carraghers

and he responded

"I think if we had a team of Carras, Pepe Reina would be very happy because he would keep a lot of clean sheets. We would need maybe to bring Torres in up front, but the rest of the team could be Carras and it would be a fantastic team!"

there'd be more noise coming from the pitch than the stands!! He'd terrify the other team!

I'm not sure if Rafa really understood what a team of carras actually means.
