he never signed for Liverpool FC...

Kuyt has put on alot of weight from that video, also thinking we fought off Newcastle to sign him, says its all really ...

it could be rafa ya know

for some reason for us kuyt has to virtually play as a centre mid

he is rarely in the box

that must be rafa asking him to do that

He looks a lot fitter in that video....

Now he looks fat...same with voronin.

Gerrard, Alonso, Torres, Mascherano could all potentially want to exit after the manager that brought them there in the first place (apart from Gerrard). Certainly Torres hinted at it earlier in the season if Rafa were to be sacked. Benitez has brought in some world class players for us. Can we easily replace them if they were to go? Simple answer is no. IMO, sacking Rafa will set us back five years and potentially plunge is into a nightmare scenario of no champions league football for a few at least a few years or worse. It's taking time, but Rafa is slowly finding us the players we need to take us in the right direction towards not only winning the PL, but the CL also.

Rafa can not keep his job by holding a gun ot our heads by saying that if he leave then somwe players will go with him.

It will be down to the new owners and new manager to keep the players and they will.

If the spanish brigade leave with rafa....then they can fuk off....

You sound more xenophobic with every post.

feck off......

me....xenophobic ?

Lets leave the name calling aside...unless you wanna start a flame war.....

I am keeping it real...if u have problem with that....u can feck yourself.....

Keep it civil....

You give Sabre shit for supporting us, you persistently have a go at Rafa, and his 'broken English'.  Then you hypothetically tell the 'Spanish Brigade' to fuk off. Your posts have a definitive Xenophobic tone to them - that's not 'name calling', that's just 'telling it how it is'.

Name calling would be telling someone to feck off, or to feck themselves.

a)sabre
I give sabre sh1t for saying LFC were in sh1t before rafa came aboard. But i think its cool between him and me...cos i haven't argued with him for a while now....He is a great poster here...i give him that. But i didn't like it..when he disregards our recent history under houllier...But apart from that...i am cool with him. I might be harsh with his RS connections...but i admit i was wrong there... Now..i'm cool with sabre..so don't start a war here...

b)broken english
I am just telling it as it is.....rafa's english ain't good...so he should ask someone to give interview won't you think ? it ain't easy on the ears....

c)spanish army
I told the spanish brigade to feck off if they wanted to leave once rafa goes..... FWIW...i really do think reina and torres are the best in their positions in this league now..hope they don't leave at all. But if they hold the club to ransom if rafa leaves...they they could feck off as well.

Don't make a mountain out of a mole.......  :lookaround

FWIW, Rafa's English is probably better than the majority of posters on this forum.

Thats damning him with faint praise  :D

Not sayin you are wrong -  but people just make these :censored: statements like there is no one better out there , when there is a lot of good managers out there.....

His vocab sucks....look at mourinho's interview...fergie's interview.

Rafa's football philosophy is boring...and his interview is boring too...... :sleep

If simon cowell was a LFC fan....he would say.... "now..you are just boring me"    :eyebrow

I suspect his use of vocabulary is a great improvement on what you might throw up in an interview, and significantly more constructive.

Interviewer; 'How did you view the game today Mr Rock?'

Mr Rock; 'We sucked'.

Interviewer; 'Why did you suck?'

Mr Rock; 'We were boring. Kuyt is shit and Alonso is too slow'.

Interviewer; 'We thank you for your well constructed views and excellent use of vocabulary Mr Rock'.

Mr Rock; 'Keep it real'.

Come off it. How could it be Rafa? As someone mentioned in another thread, sooner or later a player's natural game will bypass whatever  the manager has instructed. If he's instinctive enough - as he should be - he'll find the need to get into goal scoring areas. He doesn't often do this, but when he does we've all seen the results which aren't good by any standard. Simple fact is Kuyt can't hack it in this league as a predator. He's too slow and makes too many poor runs. Is that Rafa's fault? As for his weight, I'd say that's more down to natural reasons as he's gotten older.

watching it.  light years ahead of us.

So nice to watch them play..
So attack minded.. so clinical..
Just score another.. 4-0 now
The passing is fantastic..

I like the way they more forward.. lawys options for the players with the ball.. All runing together, making it so difficult to defend against them. The attacking options are huge.. fantastic

It does sound like your having a W*nk over them there mate  :D

there is nothing wrong with being a benitez fan and sayin you would prefer to win the title with benitez as opposed to Mourinho, but goin on past trends we would obviously be in a better position to win the epl with Jose ,  so to come out with statements like who is better than benitez ,well the rose tinted glasses are most certainly out.            ILL RE-ITERATE  im not calling for benitez head but ya i wudnt be upset if he left 2m morning nor wud i be delighted..........

It is an unfortunate fact that those who are avid supporters of Rafa attempt to smear anybody who doesn't buy into the mantra, or any theory which may suggest there might be an alternative. That said, some of the posters who criticise the manager do it with the glee of a thug putting the boot in to a man whom lies stricken on the ground, so it's a bit of a chicken and egg situation.

FWIW Rafa is not a fecking idiot IMHO, nor is he a footballing genius. We won a Champions league under him somewhat fortuitously but we won it, and we lost a final last year which we probably ought to have won. On the way to those achievements and the FA Cup win, he gave the club some of the most memorable nights in its history.

He has improved the club massively since Houlliers days, but he over tinkers with the team and it has a hugely detrimental effect both on morale and results. We will IMHO still get fourth, and he is probably the best man in World football at plotting a Champions League campaign, particularly when he hasn't got to worry about the league, which of course he hasn't. His record in the League BTW is extremely poor and doesn't appear to be improving or in fact looking like it will improve in the future. He is a good man who loves the club, but of course there will be alternatives at the end of the season, and no the players won't all leave en masse should a new manager come in.

If you agree with half of the statements above, you area true fan. The other half unfortunately renders you clueless. Such is life I'm afraid, but that's kind of how I see things at the moment.

how could it be rafa?

easy

rafa tells the players what to do

kuyt is asked to fill in as a 5th midfielder most of the time and is sometimes asked to play right wing

if he was brought as a goalscorer why is he being asked to do this?
