What do you think, personally I think the man has no class what so ever and should have nothing to do with Liverpool Football Club but I know a few on here would like to see him come

It makes an interesting read.
How Jose Mourinho would transform Liverpool.
1. Bring in his own team of right hand men. While Benitez has been reluctant to find an adequate replacement for his assistant Paco Ayesteran, Mourinho has a team of qualified assistants that are awaiting Mourinho’s call to follow him to his next club.
2. Remove the dead wood. In quick succession, Mourinho would sell several of Liverpool’s players that are bringing the team down and are not qualified to be a part of what’s needed for a team that’s serious about winning the Premier League trophy. That means goodbye to Dirk Kuyt, John Arne Riise, Harry Kewell, Sami Hyypia and Momo Sissoko.
3. Make tough decisions on the rest of the Liverpool squad. During Benitez’s tenure as manager, the Spaniard has brought in several promising younger players who are stuck in the reserve squad and don’t seem like they have much chance of playing first team football. Mourinho needs to decide what to do with these players and whether there are some hidden pearls there that deserve more playing time. The players include Lucas Leiva, Sebastian Leto, Emiliano Insua as well as 22 players out on loan at other clubs.
4. Make tactical changes. Whether it’s key matches against the likes of Arsenal and Man United or against lesser opposition such as Wigan, Derby or Reading, Rafa Benitez’s squad has been outplayed and/or outwitted on too many occasions recently. Mourinho will bring a new lease of life to the Liverpool squad with fresh tactical ideas.
5. New players. Rather than being too reliant on players from Spain, Mourinho will bring a whole new cast of winners to Liverpool from different corners of the globe. Benitez’s record thus far of signing decent players has been below par. Mourinho would change that in short order. The first order of business would be to bring in a quality striker to partner Torres up front. Other positions that need to be filled include a new right winger and better coverage for a centre back.
6. A winning attitude. Watching Liverpool play of late, it’s easy to see that the players don’t have the confidence that they had at the beginning of the season. While they don’t admit it publicly, they’re playing like they know they’ve lost the chance of winning the Premier League trophy. Mourinho would infuse Liverpool players with a new self belief and winning attitude.

Well if we were to get a new manager, I'd certainly take Mourinho over Klinnsmann any day, but that's a long way off. I couldn't resist a comeback though on the points listed.
1. His own team of right hand men. I reckon one right hand man is quite enough, and if in Mourinho's case it was to be Steve Clarke then no thanks.
2. Remove the dead wood. Well culling of the squad needs doing whoever is the manager, including Rafa. We quite simply have tried to build two first teams, rather than one one with solid back ups and kids. If we really had a top class team and lead the Premiership in February only to eventually be denied because our squad wasn't quite deep enough, wouldn't this be better than being never ever in the title race yet again? I don't think Mourinho is any more expert at that (trimming the numbers) than the current manager. If Rafa slightly changes emphasis he is more than adept enough to cull the squad and buy top quality, first team replacements himself.
3. As above. I would say though that in terms of buying kids in a kind of scatter-gun approach, you can't really blame the management too much as we are so obviously outgunned financially by our immediate rivals. It would only need a couple of those kids to come through and the policy will be vindicated. My one criticism is that local players are historically the heartbeat of Liverpool teams, and we haven't done enoguh IMHO to really nurture local talent from what has always been an area which produces fantastic players, and indeed has produced the best two in the current England team.
4. Tactics. Rafa is more astute than Mourinho simple as that. IMHO he is a better coach. The one area where our man occasionally falls down is in over analysis of the opposition, and over compensation for their styles and strengths.
5. New players. Mourinho's buying at Chelsea was very hit and miss IMHO. He simpty went with fairly obvious choices and paid whatever he needed to get them in the early days. Signings such as Carvallo at 20 million weren't astute, but neither were they ever going to fail either. A bit like Rafa going to Madrid and buying Ferdinand and Gerrard for a combined 80 million quid. They'd succeed of course but is it a sign of a good buyer? Not really. Even Drogba who was a superb buy was hardly a shock success. Rafa has bought well, and as I said earlier if he cuts back on the quantity and ups the quality, then I'd back him to build a good team.
6. A winning attitude. This is one area where Mourinho would offer an immediate improvement in Rafa IMHO. If he were the manager, we would go all out for the Premiership IMHO and really go for wins in every match. The players would believe it more than they do cuurently. He might be full of sh!te, but he's good at getting a bunch of footballers to play to the maximum of their ability as a team.
The man has no class and is a bit of an erse. As I've said on numerous occasions before though, if you're asking me whether we would have more chance of challenging for the Premiership if he were in charge rather than Rafa (if we are to have another season of "Rafa style" obviously), then for me the answer is yes.
One thinig Mourinho has is the pragmatic ability to see whether the game is going to plan, and if not, to bring on players to change things. Rafa rarely wins games for us with his subs.

S@int stands back and awaits blast from Leon about how subs changed the game in CL FINAL, FA CUP FINAL etc etc.
The fact that Rafa uses all his subs in almost every game seems to elude him

Mourinho is a better motivator, and reads the game better.
Rafa is better at preparation and planning, but once the whistle is blown, I question Rafa's ability to change things.
