Our team looks like they have never played together before.  Our squad is average.  Yet in no way do I believe thats down to lack of funds.  Rafa has had money.  Not as much as chelsea but his had money and a lot has been wasted on average players.

yes i know i will get stick for that.

Think yourself lucky you're not within striking distance.

How the f*ck was that Rafa's fault?

why? ??? he is the Manager
He tell's them how to play, he picks the team up when they are down. The press is getting to our players.

Liverpool fc should come out and say that he is staying and get the press off the manager and players, if they dont do that then get rid of him now and put a new mangerin place and get a fresh start.

we had 2 big names out, we are Liverpool and we are bigger than just 2 players.....and one manager.

I will save my judgement till may.

If we win the Champions league, you "panic merchants" will look silly.
Although if we dont and are a mile off the top. raised eyebrows

Funny thing is about the replay at Anfield, and the fact that the transfer window is open...Crouch and Kuyt may well be playing for Luton in the replay!

:D  ???

How was it not his fault ??? he PICKS the team, tactics and plays players out of position

ffs! were outta Carling cup, League is beyond is us and fields a weakened team in the FA Cup, Champions League ? playing the Serie A Leaders ! ffs we dont have many options left for silverware ??

Cmon take off the rose coloured glasses, Rafa is going the road where Gerrard Houllier took us, he needs to sort things out !

very concerned Red

I thought Hobbs looked good today, never missed a tackle or a pass. Probably our M.O.M.  :D

:censored: disgrace. It was the complete opposite, the premiership team were under pressure ,hoofing the ball away ,while luton were playing good football on the ground!Dirt Kuyt is just not good enough ,we need another striker to put along side crouch and torres.
We dont have enough game-winners,The only players that look decent today were alonso, crouch and carragher.Riise is the pits,he is no addition to the squad.Babel i still think will be great in the next year or two.just :censored: sick of it,We will probably still make it to the champions league final but then again when do we not?!

The sad thing is that I am not surprised at all by this and I bet a lot of you aren't either.

dont read too much into it. this team could play in the champions league V inter milan, and put up a great performance.

its the FA cup 3rd round at Luton on a dark Jan night.

one of those things

Rafa just said he was glad to get the replay, said he thinks he will be here next season and rumours of him to Madrid are not true.
