At the end of the day if Man City and Everton can keep up there from till the end of the season then good on them, but i dont see it happening.  Chelsea have more to worry about than we do.

I'm not bothered because of that Lynds. I'm bothered for the mistakes that have made us losing more than 6 points this season. I think we'll qualify for the champions comfortably enough, but for this season I had more expectations.

Hear hear, we will qualify but the fact that our football has not improved at all over the last 12 months is worrying.

Our football has improved, our team has improved, the problem is others in and around us have improved also.
Plus others havent got turmoil going on behind closed doors like we have.

i am not worried, we will finish either 2nd or a very close 3rd. Weare doing what Arsenal did last season and drawing games instead of winning them.

Granted wee have drawn against stupid teams but that happems in football.

Rafa needs another season and a summer of decent investment.

I'm not worried in the slightest. We've enough quality to at least get as close as I've said we should. Let's be fair here: 2nd spot isn't beyond us yet. Win our game in hand, it's it's 7 points, which is makable to be realistic about it.

I am worried, but not to to the point where I think we'll mis out.
But it's not going to be easy and it won't be as many points as I'd like. And right now 4th is the best we can get with the form we are showing right now. But maybe if Rafa sees the light and give Crouch a prolonged run in the team things might get a little easier. Always better to have 2 strikers who can score than one....

I disagree with this. At times throughout this season, we've played some football that we just weren't capable of last year or the year before. There was a spell where we were scoring goals for fun. This side is capable of playing some of the best football in the league, it's just that they need to start getting consistent at it.

Dude,

you have been saying this for ages.....and frankly it has not happended.

Yeah...rafa might play his strongest side for a few matches...then "not sure for what reason" he reverts back to his" 4-3-3, 4-5-1 with Kuyt, Voronin and Crouch as wingers" mode. I have seen it too many times to come to a conclusion that rafa will not learn.

When we are winning all those teams like newcastle and bolton..we all thought he had learn and what does he do ? Play crouch as a left winger against reading :no

All it takes is a international break and a champions league game...and rafa will go into this mode. There is no stopping him. He is like the Hulk... If he notices that we have 2 games in a week......he becomes angry....rage fills him up. And he becomes Hulk who makes dumb decisions....  :p  The only way i see rafa playing a settled team is if we are out of all the cups and only have the league to concentrate on.....And even then, he is still susceptible to making strange decisions..

In a nutshell.....rafa will not learn. Pako might have noticed this...so he jumped ship...

What a load of utter sheep-shearing hairy b*llocks.

Crouch has not played "left wing" at any point in his Liverpool career.

To suggest it's a common practice is pathetic, and totally and utterly wrong.

What you MAY be referring to is his deployment at left-forward, in a role Babel tends to play for Holland.

Now, seeing as you vehemently insist that Babel is and never will be a winger, surely then he isn't used as such for Holland? The two are vastly differing roles.

I suggest you pay more attention.
