Fourth meeting of the two sides in the FA Cup since 2000, the mancs won all three so far. villa haven't beaten Liverpool, Arsenal or the mancs since 1998, yet have a surprisingly good record at home against Chelski

I hope we get Luton.

Because playing Nottingham Forest is simply not fair.

I mean, how can we play football with all those trees in the way?

If you believe the media and villa fans then MON will conquer all - well except he can only beat Chelsea at home of the big four and produce the occaisional run

Can't see them winning a cup unless they can beat the big guns, when we won it in 2006 we faced the mancs and chelski en route to the final

villa are only four points better off this season compared to last season's corresponding results, they've lost the same number of games but have won two that they drew last season. They finished on 50 points last season, they'll need to improve in leaps and bounds to get anywhere near the 68 points that finished both third (Liverpool) and fourth (Arsenal)

A small part of me wants us to play all 1st teamers and try and score 8 goals again, but even if we do, don't think it will do much to boost condfidence because it will just reinforce the fact that we can only beat down really poor teams, and god forbid we don't blow them out of the water and stuggle that would hurt our confidence as well. I'd go for a mixed bag:
                               Itandje
  Finnan         Hobbs              Agger        Insua
  Pennant        Lucas             Alonso         Leto
                                        Babel
                      Nemeth
Subs: Voronin, Darby, Lindfield, Spearing, Bruna/Pacheco

I'd go for a well mixed team like joe too

                             Itandje

Arbeloa                   Hobbs             Agger              Insua

Pennant                 Lucas               Alonso            El zhar

                             Babel               Crouch

Good team if something like this plays , i'd expect a 2-0 win from us with a stunner from el zhar and Babel to add the other
