I cant get no sleep

Waking up up at the exact same time etc, Ummm sounds like classic alien abduction Ciggy. :;):

Don't worry have some Valarian tea (from your local health shop- Neals Yard if you have one up there)- works a treat, sleep like a baby but you have to get used to the taste.

Acupuncture or may help.

they got some good spa and aromatherapic massage here in china, you'll be sleeping like a log, maybe even at the practice, it relaxes your mind and muscular tension

I'll tell ya whats helped me the last few days, this bloody cold (man flu), aside from feeling like sh.it, choking everytime I breath, ive slept like a baby !

In this herb book called:
'The Herbal Drugstore' by L. White and S. Foster,

It suggests putting a couple of drops of Lavender essential oils on your pillow or adding some to a bath to promote sleep, but I haven't tried it myself so don't know if it works...

but it's just a suggestion...

It must be catchin cigg but im the oppo at the mo i cant get to sleep at night :censored: tossin and turnin its doing me head in :angry: Havnt spoke to yer for a few days talk to yer soon
