Saint that quote says it all really we can debate till the cows come home but at the end of the day hes the boss
Yes he is the boss and do you think liverpool will be a better team without him?
What if he leaves or gets sacked then guess who follows? Alonso, Reina, Torres, Mascharano,Arbelao all within the next season there would be major unrest and then we have another manager who has a 5 year plan who probally wont be as good as Rafa.

why do you assume those players would leave and there would be unrest?
personally i think the majority of players would see the bigger picture and be happy with some stability, and the players you mention would all pretty much be first choices for the new manager.
if we get rid of rafa there is only one person to blame, i am sure it has been discussed with him at board level, i am sure results and performances are discussed and if they are not then the club are not doing their job properly. if it carries on maybe the owners will start wanting to give some input, rafa will feel undermined and leave anyway.
with your comments you seem to think rafa is the best manager in the world, you seem to think nobody else could do the job, if rafa is the best in the world why does he get it wrong so many times?
so today lets hope for not just a win, but also a good performance, we need it.

FWIW I'll be absolutely staggered if we get the performance given the changes to the team in the last couple of weeks, but fingers crossed we get the win anyway. My guts though tell it may be a draw.
