actually I like this draw better than if we would have drawn AC Milan...

it doesn't matter whether AC is not doing well in Serie A... there's just too much garbage between us after having faced each other in 2 finals.

with Inter we can focus on football...

Over two legs I think we can beat anyone.

If we don't win it, then I want anyone but Man U and Chavsea to win it.

Remember that Inter are one of the best teams in Europe at the moment and we have the current Champions League top-scorer in our squad, Zlatan Ibrahimovic (along with Cristiano Ronaldo). If I were a Liverpool fan I wouldn't underestimate Inter :;):

so whom is the ref that inter has put on a payroll? italian football is corrupted mate , plain and simple. bribery is high . when has there been a case of bribery in english football.

Toffeehater Inter hasn't got any referee on the payroll. This proves that you don't know anything about the match fixing scandal. The teams involved were all the ones who in the end got relegated (Juventus) and who got points deducted (Milan, Fiorentina, Lazio). There have been phone tappings that proved that their chairmen and the whole staff were corrupted. But teams like Inter and Roma for example, had nothing to do with this and were damaged by all the bribery. Now football in Italy is appearently clean or at least is less dirty than in the past.

whatever makes u happy , and i know inter was not involved , i ain't a retard so u don't have to come to our forum and talk abt what inter is and who their great players are or what they are gonna do to LFc , we will beat u , humiliate u and show u the art and how true champions play

You don't know anything about the match fixing scandal so you'd better shut up. Inter was the only team not involved in cheating and that's the reason why Juve and Milan fans hate us. I wouldn't say that we're just a good team but a great one and we will show it against the Reds. Forza Inter!

Well I know it wasnt until Juve and Milan got knocked down that Inter managed to get to the top for the 1st time in how many years? Your only trophey before that was an Copa Italia and a UEFA cup how many years ago? I cant understand how Moratti :censored: away so much money on big signings.

Please you cant compare to Liverpool.  :buttrock

you are talking about moratti's issues as an ignorant person. you talk about money spent from moratti but you do not know that
- cambiasso: came for free, end of contract with real
- maxwell: came for free, end of contract with ajax after serious injury
- maicon: came almost for free
- ibraimovich: came for 19mil euros ... peanuts for such a player
- dacourt: came for free, end of contract
- crespo: free, borrowed from chelsea
all the other players were payed almost peanuts
the only serious buy was suazo (the one that will punish you in anfield road) this summer (13mil eu or something similar ...)

how much did you pay for torres ?????

don't repeat like a donkey what you read on berlusconi's newspapers

u stupid :censored: , ur players are as old as ghandi is , figo is above 30 , so is viera and the list goes on and on . u can't compare to LFC and like some of my mates have said , Inter needed the help of the match fixing scandal to win something . How can inter be proud of that? Don't worry we have beaten Juve , Ac milan and Inter is next , also How come Inter share a stadium? morratti spent too much on :censored: players?

You will also have you England Vs Italian type. Just ignore the ignorant is all I can say.

However I feel my must add something to this, I have noticed people are glad to have Inter over Milan. Last year we beat them by 27 points, beating tem twice in the league. This season we are ALREADY 19 points ahead. I am quite sure that in recent times we have the edge over Milan.

Another thing are people saying inter are only on top of serie A due to juve and Milan. This is quite unfair. Sure we didnt do very well in europe, but last season we won 17 games in a row in the league. The most of any european countries history (beating Bayerns and Real's previous record of 15). Even juve couldnt accomplish this playing in B.

Anyway enough about that. Potentially we have a cracker game on our hands, if liverpool have their day they can beat anyone in the world but on the other hand the same goes for us. All we can do is hope that Rafa and Mancini dont give us a borefest, and actually utilise these 2 squads fantastic range of players.

Our fans respect each other and this is what seperates us from that cheating scum that is juve and milan. Of course, we share a beer after the game. Best of luck.

u 're a class fan mate . well said . I don't mean to be a :censored: and condemmed inter but some of your fans really get on my nerves with their post on the forums . It will be a good match and may the better team win .

Who cares how old players are? Milan squad is much more older and they have won CL against you. Only thing that matters is how will they play those two matches not are they 18 or 38.

You are laughing about Moratti's money. He was stupid few years back, but now situation is completely different. Look at your manager how much did he spend last summer and what is your position in EPL.  :;):

If we apply the same scenario to Liverpool which fortunately blessed Inter, then Arsenal, Man Utd and Chelsea would be docked massive amounts of points and one of them relegated into the Coca Cola Championship, thus practically handing Liverpool the Premiership title.

Don't bother trying to compare league positions, because Inter's position and good fortune is entirely the result of crooked events off-the-field that their main rivals brought upon themselves.

it is unreasonable to talk with you. your ignorance takes you to insults.
you talk of unknown issues for you: you do not know anything about ronaldo story: yes, he was like a god when he played for inter but that is exactly the reason for which he deserved that behaviour from inter fans. he was like a son for president and fans but he lied to everybody like a miserable person in order to go to real.
inter took care of him when he was broken for two years and, when he was ok, he simply sayd "thanks to brazil", ... that fkng SOAB did so many bad miserable thing that you do not know, so please turn on your brain before pushing keys on the keyboard.

anyway it will be a greater pleasure for us to throw you out of the cup if you continue to underestimate us  :D

if only rafa was like you ...

How can you say Inter was blessed when they were controlling referees, and not just referees, for more then 10 years and Inter was out of it? How can you win anything in those conditions?

It's easy to say Inter was lucky they were punished last summer, but you weren't in the stadium or in front of TV every Sunday last 15 years watching corrupt referees again and again.

In last 18 months Inter has played 9 matches against top Italian clubs in Serie A (Roma, Milan, Fiorentina and Juve). 7 wins, 1 draw and 1 defeat. Not that title was won just because of punishments.
