Thank you for your comments (all of you) as I'll watch the game once downloaded .

I have sympathy to what you say about back heels, because despite being Spanish I don't like nonsenses in football.

A back heel can be a useful resource at times, but it píssed me off a bit to see a succesful one in latest Spanish game and then a player of our team trying it in the next Liverpool game. Sometimes some touches are done, they become fashionable and then are done too much.

They know the team mate is there because they train and know each other together, but I don't like it as a showy move, just a resource that can be useful only sometimes.

it hasn't worked sabre , well at least nt yet and nt for liverpool yet , keep it simple as i always say , why showboat?

sometimes it's not a matter of showboating... sometimes it's to surprise your opponent... that bit of surprise can open up a goal scoring opportunity... that is of course if it worked...

True. And when it works out with a goal it can be nice to watch also. I remember Rauls goal mae by Redondo when he back heeled his way past Henning Berg a few years ago.

Just heard the commentator say that in all the matches having this ref, no home teams won.
A good omen? :p

True maguskwt, but if you do every 2 games, then it's not a surprise any more. Who did it? A Spaniard, Lucas?

I hope it wasn't Sissoko FFS :D
