My claim to fame in life (so far) is that Ian Rush said "Nah mate" when I asked him for his autograph at a charity footy match at The Deva stadium!

His name is Stan not Steve

I called myself Stan Staunton as that was the legendary (until recently anyway) Ron Atkinsons nickname for steve staunton.
