expected better from you RD.

I don't think we're talking about "Fu*king him off" after only a handful of games. It is just being pointed out, that maybe we should have spend 11 million (which makes it one of our most expensive buys) on someone, who could produce a more instant positive impact on our team.

11 mill, instant impact ? . 10 mill + is the rate for any upper echelon player , if you want instant impact you're lookin' in the 20 mill + range or buyin' a scratch card.

Harsh, but sadly true.

'kin hell RD, how many games has he started all season, 2-3?
I personally think the lad is quality and will really shine once he has a few games under his belt. Kewell coming back will also give him the impetus to step up and really push for the first team spot. He and Gonzalez are miles apart in ability.
Rafa has been loathe to play wingers over the last 4-5 games but I for one was glad to see Babel start today. I believe that £11M for him is a steal as he will be one of the players, IMO along with Lucas, that will come through (aside from Torres, obv) from this seasons signings to really have a positive impact on the team.
