I'd gladly swap our so called strikers (bar Torres and Babel) for those at Blackburn, Spurs, Portsmouth, Newcastle...I could go on!

I didn't know that... What happenned to Pennant.... something recent? coz I've only been away 3 weeks.....

Thanks for the update mate.....

In that case, agree with you bout benayoun.... or stick Gerrard on the right and partner Crouch with Kuyt( **shudder**)

:D

I think Pennant actually broke his leg, and he has to get an op for it.

Your welcome :)  Pennant had to have an operation for some problem, which had been nagging him for weeks. Can't remember what it was tbh though.

Regarding todays team, it looks as if the formation for today looks like the one you (and others) suggested, only not with quite the same players:

Reina

Finnan Carra Hyypia Riise

Benayoun Gerrard Masch Momo Babel

Kuyt

Hey not a bad guess for a change got 8 of the 11 right for a change.....

But Kuyt instead of Crouch ???

Kuyt's last goals in the league were against the mighty Wigan last April
