I'll be there for ya Ola Benitez.

I know all the pressure points of the body and would have Leon down in a flash.

Fair enough.

Can anyone point me out where are the newkit betting services?

I want to put a tenner on Leon  :D

Is this seriously still going?

I'm going to refer back to Big Niall's post a few weeks back where he basically slated Rafa for building a team that is not as good as Wengers (in terms of style) despite spending millions compared to the peanuts that Wenger has spent (another myth).

There are two managers who have won the league in the last ten years playing a style of football that was so magnificent. Ferguson would have been booted out long before he won his first league championship. You do realise how long it took him to get going don't you? You would have been first in the queue to get rid of him. They finished 11th in the league in his third season for f#cks sake. It took him 7 (seven) seasons to win the league and in that time the scraps he threw to the fans were the one league cup, one FA Cup and the cup winners cup. I also doubt you would have forgiven Wenger for selling Vieira and Henry (what the f#ck is he playing at you don't win anything selling your best players bla bla bla). His period from 1998 to 2002 would have seen him out of the door too.

Our manager (the one who manages our club) has got us to the CL final twice in three years, which sort of gives you the feeling that he might actually know what he is doing. Explain to me why it is so vital that we challenge this year? So absolutely vital that you would sack him if we don't? What happens next year, is this our last chance ever? Explain how this is any different to Ferguson at United. What happened in those first 7 (seven) years that would have meant that you would have allowed him to continue?

Rant over. :D

Leon as you are a Mods i feel you should be able to make you point without using things like;

"Feel free to meet up to disucss the point you have made, I am in the Halfway House before every home game and at the side of the Albert just before kick off"

we all know what you mean by this and if you was just a normal member you would have been band for the threat to use violence.
calm down mate and just use your knowledge to make your point.

Discussing the point is not a threat of violence.

I would hope that meeting me over a drink would change his mind.

I am just looking for progress.  To me the same flaws the side had last year are still there this season.  Why?  Rafa has bought his players yet we still play the same way.  I thought this year was going to different.  A more attacking side but nothing has really changed.  We still struggle to beat sides who get players behind the ball.  We still lack creativity and flair in the side.  We still have nobody who can run and beat players, committing defenders.  The side still lacks genuine width and the players we have wide are not good enough.

You said I was a fu.cking big pr.ick (or words to that affect) I simply asked if you would like to see if I could prove you wrong before our next game.

100 votes and 83% say no, I think that 17% will rise if things continue drifting in the league and plummeting in the Champions League.

Note to thread starter - I suggest redoing this thread a month or two down the line, maybe do a "said no last time, say no still", "said yes last time, say no this time" style poll

Are you a hooligan or something then Leon, why is everyone so scared of you.

I still stand by my earlier opinion of wanting Rafa out but I'm actually not to upset with him after yesterdays game. I'll wait till the end of the season, it's to late to do anything this season anyway, plus we won't even get anywhere in the champions league this year  :sniffle
