first 10 mins looked great. moyes then sorted his team out and lescott is riping our right side to pieces!
take off sissoko who keeps givin ball away, put gerrard in centre and brig pennant on the right.

The strikers arnt the issue at the moment, its the fact that there is nothing coming from the middle of the pitch, as soon as we get the ball and push forward we reach the center circle and there is no one infront of us as the two strikers have had todrop deep to collect the ball.

Utter balls. Get momo off and get pennant on.

Once again Momo and Kuyt shows how inept we become offensivly with those 2 in the team. One can't pass as a midfielder and the other one won't ever look like scoring.

But they work hard....
Those 2 are not good enough and never will be!

Totally deserved lead for Evershite

Did we even get a shot on goal or look like scoring that 1st half??

Key point. We're not winning the battle in the middle. Our midfielders must put the ball in the ground and play it, they're not managing to do so.

Gerrard in the right is playing well and helps winning this battle, but I'm not too happy with Mascha and Sissoko so far.

Hyypia? Anyone who has seen football for at least 10 years knows that this things happen even to great players. Come on Hyypia!

The ref is a bit annoying.

Halftime....

We had 70% possession in the 1st 15-20 mins and ended the half with 47%...

wtf is going on???

Besides hollywood passes, in football is important to have one guy in the middle that jumps touches with the head, or controls it to the ground. Much aerial balls going on, little good football in the middle.

Both teams have done a great effort, but I think Everton will notice it more in the second half

we need to win this we have Arsenal next week it could get extremely bad for us.

Come to think of it if Babel had gone to Arsene Wenger he would look absolute class by now because what to do with talented players.

The problem is he isnt stick to the wing, which is what we need in attack because we sure as :censored:

Mmnnn!! Rafa needs to go back to the drawing board,if we continue to be exploited like we are in the second half and he makes no changes at half time or early on,the blame will lie at the managers feet!

Drawing games when the players dont perform is one thing,to loose or draw because of a stupid formation is an embaressment.I know its only half time but if the manager does not act we will loose.

Voronin has spent more time defending than doing anything else...that says it all!
