Oh yes, that's Torrente 3.

In Spain we also have bigots that think that foreigners are not good for the country, that's a film that takes the píss out of them. Torrente is a bigot-rightwinged-sexist-racist private investigator who's of course an Atletico Madrid fan.

He appeared aswell in another cameo in Torrente 2, as he was a customer of a brothel.

Fortunately enough, he's a footballer, not an actor. :D

Cue the posters claiming that him taking time to make these adverts is why he wasn't quite at his best at the weekend...

:D I expected some of you might take offence. Of course not all the atletico fans answer to that profile, and I must say that IMHO the best atmosphere in Spain is your crowd's atmosphere.

However, everytime I get a chance I give stick to that minority that chant racist songs in your crowd, or say, burn Spanish flags in  RS stadium. Politics and violent guys should be out of the stadiums. Sorry if you took offence by that "of course he's an atletico fan"

If you want to discuss about that, if you wish I'll open a thread in the international section, rest assured my views won't be very controversial (I do not support you know what)

Just a quick note on Torres and international football that doesn't deserve  another thread, I'm afraid that he's going to play for Spain against Denmark (1). It's unknown still who will be his partner but he will play no matter what.

Don't worry, as soon as the game ends I'll report he's not injured -- cross fingers.

Arbeloa is rumoured to be in the fringe of being called in one of this rounds by Aragones. It just shows the kind of reputation Liverpool gives to their players -- Little Luis hasn't been called back again

Arbeloa is not a great RB/LB IMHO, but he's an OK player and good enough to be a squad player. Spanish LB is not strong at the moment, and his continuous and decent spell in that position might get the ticket to the national squad as far as I could read the last week.

(1) For the Spaniards of this forum, I love watching Spain to win, but it's a tradition of this club the school of thought "team first, national squad after that"
