1. Torres
A very talented striker whose only negative is that he in some games tries the spectacular and therefore scores less than he should. Our only real class striker.
2. Voronin - He is mobile, smart and has the best shot of the strikers. Has impressed so far. He is an average finisher and not lightning quick but overall does well.
3. Crouch
He has the tools to be dominant in games but uses them too rarely. His technique and skill level is really good and has shown he can be a good header of the ball.
What goes against him is that he can dissappear from games
for some reason and he is a slow player and his heading isn't up to standard.
4. Babel
He has shown some promise but is still a very raw player with some talent. He will only become better playing where he is.
He has a nice shot and nice set of wheels but not very clinical as of yet. In a couple of years I'm sure he'll move up
this ranking.
5. Kuyt
I can not see what he has that a striker should have. He is very slow, he has an awful 1st touch. His finishing is rather poor and he isn't exactly a good header of the ball.
His shots are very much hit or miss.
He has a great work rate and is a rather intelligent player but his skills are ju awful. We will not score alot of goals with him in the side. Not only that, he drops deeper than any other striker which makes less sense since he is a player that should only be in and around the box at all time.
I think Torres needs to play more than he should cause of the alternatives.
Right now my 1st choice would be Torres and Voronin.
Or if you give Crouch many games with Torres so Crouch get some form and belief into his game.
But neither will happen cause of Rafa's love puppet...
