how many goals has cisse got this season?

let cisse clean through as many times as he wants, hes a rubbish finisher when he has time to think

prediction......2-0

team i would like to see.

My Team

                  Reina
  Finnan    Carra    Hyppia   Riise
  Gerrard   Mash  Sissoko   Benayoun
            Voronin
                         Crouch

Yeah....i am dropping torres..... Think that might spur him to score a hatrick against Spurs.

This is it...... no more changes...

                  Reina
  Finnan    Carra    Hyppia   Riise
   Benayoun  Mash  Sissoko   Auerlio
            Voronin
                         Crouch

1) Gerrard has been sub-par for a while now....think his toe is really bothering him... so put him on the bench for this match (hopefully he gets back to full fitness)

2)We need auerlio in the team becos he is the only one besides alonso and pennant who can take a decent corner. Think Crouch will benefit from his crosses.

3)Mash & Sissoko midfield should stop any attack from marseille......

4)Benayoun to continue his good form and create chances for voronin and crouch.

5)Once we are up a goal...bring on babel to hit them on the break (as a striker not a f**kin winger)

Not sure why...but feeling pretty confident of this match.

Think we should win it 2-0 (crouch with both goals and benayoun with another M-O-M performance)....

it worries me that cisse is worrying us......but when he was here we never let him worry other centre backs we would stick him out on the right wing

wish cisse was still here to be honest, he has more star quality and match-winner ability than kuyt and voronin

Eh....actually bellamy is much better than cisse TBH...

Bellamy would have been an awesome right winger who can take on players...score goals and put in decent cross..

But rafa had to sell him  :Oo: ...while he kept the inferior kuyt.

Djibril Cisse is looking forward to returning to Anfield.

Cisse will play at Anfield for the first time since 2006 when he, and another former Red Bolo Zenden, will line up for Marseille in Wednesday's Champions League group stage game in Liverpool. It's an occasion the French international is looking forward to.

"I just hope they don't boo me. It will be very emotional for me, meeting and playing against my old teammates. I am really looking forward to seeing all the Liverpool fans again," said Cisse.

"It will be strange for me, playing at Anfield in the colours of another club, but I am delighted to get the chance to see the fans once again."

Fair play.

Going to be quite a month on the re-unions front. And i concur with Cisse...it will be a bad show if the lad gets jeered.

l'om have struggled this season.  eeamon the manager was sacked this week and replaced by the ex galatasary coach.  this will be the 1st game under new management so not sure how l'om will lineup.  Nasri the best player at l'om looks like he will miss the game with injury.  I think cisse will start with niang up front.  niang is a good player. zenden has been awful for marseille this season but that's not a surprise.  taiwo at left back is good.  ziani in midfield was excellent v beskitas.  beniot cheroyu (the brother of bruno) hasn't been that impressive.  We should win this game at home comfortably.  the form l'om have been in suggests they will struggle at anfield but 1st games under a new coach sometimes inject life into a side.
