He means the term 'Ripped Slipper' as in the looseness of a womans pi55flaps, or "she's got a f*nny like a Wizards Sleeve" if you like...that kind of thing.

Nothing at all to do with Footwear really. Or Blouses, or anything for that matter except a private joke.

Current, and temporary mate. When I broke my leg skating I realised how much patience it requires recovering from an injury, and knees are tricky.
