just read in the guardian that everton are after van bommel and psv's asking price is just 3.9 million. hes 27 so just coming into his prime and personally i think would be a very useful addition to the team alongside gerrard. quite similar to gerrard but they are both midfielders who can do it all. highjacking the everton deal would be a great start to beni's liverpool career!!!

well.... RB has to sort out the defence and the right midfield before thinking of buying another central midfielder (given that hamann lookis increasily like staying with us for the season).
actually i think everyone in PSV is going for bargain price. We can even buy kevin holfland for 5 million.
