1) The Euro Conversion. I used to drink Gin Tonics for 3 € tops, and now with the so called rounding up, I pay 5-6 € all of that in less of 7 years. Little vices are getting far too expensive in my country, and it's what made worthy to be a Spaniard.

2) Lazy parents. They send to school the kids early, and then they make them going to Karate, music, English academies so that they do not have to educate them themselves. Then, when they reach home, they feel guilty and of they provide them whatever the lad asks. A truly bad generation of kids is coming.

3) All the political class of my country. They don't deserve I start ranting about them.

4) Bad Bob. He told me he was going to Halifax, and I thought for months he'd be in the UK, I was talking to him bóllocks about how happy I was he was going to enjoy real football, and he only corrected me recently that there's another Halifax there. :D

Good thing I didn't move to Liverpool (Nova Scotia) then, mate.  You'd be hitting me up for a place to stay on match days! :D

Bill Shankly: “I was the best manager in Britain because I was never devious or cheated anyone. I’d break my wife’s legs if I played against her, but I’d never cheat her.”

My major gripe is with my 60's through back of a boss who has no idea or even care for workers' welfare. Its always the 'how much profit or loss we're making' with him.

Forget about the quality of works we're producing.
Forget about workers' ideas or thoughts.
Forget about workers' safety or well being or morale.

As long as we finished the job and make a decent profit, everything is fine and dandy.    :veryangry

Here comes my rant:

Driving:

1) The 40 mph club - getting stuck behind someone doing 40 in a 60 and then when we reach a 30 limit they continue doing 40! Not willing to risk themselves on a country road but willing to risk killing kids in a built-up area? Selfish :censored:  :veryangry

2) People who don't indicate at all or indicate as they're turning. Thanks very much for telling me what you've just done. Slamming on your brakes right in front of me kinda gave away you were doing something.

3) Tailgaters. Sod off. And if you think flashing your lights at me because I'm only doing 85 on the motorway is gonna help then you're mistaken. Who gave you the right of way?

Football:

4) Man Utd

5) Opposition players who think it's acceptable to pull my shirt, push me, hack my legs and elbow me in the face yet find it an insult that they concede a free kick.

6) Mike Riley and Rob Styles.

Other stuff:

7) The complete hypocracy of the tv/film industry. On the lookout for new writers? I need an agent first? I need something made to get an agent? I need an agent to get something made?  :veryangry

8) Vegetarian alternatives always being tomato. I don't like tomatoes!!

9) My complete lack of fitness.

10) People determined to convert me to whatever religion they are. I've had my entire life to research religion, what makes them think a 2 minute conversation will suddenly convince me?

I think i better stop before I hit 100+ points

Organic Veg. The greatest trick the devil ever played was not convincing the world that he didn't exist, it was coming up with organic food.

"But it's natural! It must be better for you!" I hear some braindead hippies cry. Wake up and smell what's being shovelled and what you're paying over the odds for. Nature isn't something to be loved. It's something to be respected. Nature is a force which can kill thousands at a time without discrimination, not something you can snuggle up with. The whole problem with a lot of environmental problems is that hippies are leading the fight but as per usual, they know as much about the real issues as I do about... well, something I don't even know about!

Anyway, back to the "Natural" Organic food swindle. First of all, the opposite of "organic" is "metallic" so the name is stupid because unless you're eating tin sou with roast magnesium for afters, you're eating organic anyway. Anything that is carbon based is organic.

So your supermarket is promoting its organic foods. Some from just a few miles away that have never been introduced to chemicals... except the petrol fumes on the ride over, the basic warehouse chemicals produced by machinary, air-conditioning, cleaning substances (including acids and bleaches), whatever else is in the warehouse and packaging equipment. And just for good measure there's the smoking workers who don't always wash their hands after they've taken a p1ss. Unless you grow the food yourself, in a highly controlled environment, you're going to get food covered in chemicals. Deal with it.

And if you pay above the odds for any "organic" root veg, you're a mug. Carrots, Onions, Garlic, Swedes, Turnips and the like. When these veg, potatos too, absorb nutrients/chemicals that they don't like, they push them out. That's why the inside of a carrot is pure, and its skin is all manky, creased and covered with impurities. There is nothing bad on the inside, because it's all on the outside so as long as you peel your veg, you won't absorb any of the herbicides/pesticides that are used on them. And if you don't eat the skins of a potato, you'll be fine too.

And why do they use those herbicides? Because most veg develops a fine film of mould as soon as it's been picked and that's incredibly carcinogenic and has been known to cause a large number of dissorders including diarrhoea. There's little coincidence that during the industrial revolution, when every day life and work was particullarly dangerous, life expectancy began to rise after the introduction of chemicals to crops to keep bugs and mould away.

And finally, by eating organic, you're contributing to the extinction of and destruction of our wildlife. You know those strips of unfarmed land at the ends of crop fields? Have you noticed that they're disappearing? Well they are. Farmers are actually payed to keep those bits of land unploughed to encourage wildlife and protect some natural habitats. But because a certain amount of organic crops are expected to fail, farmers can no longer afford to take that chance. They are criminally underpaid anyway, so they can't really stand up to the supermarkets who can dictate what they want the farmers to grow and they can charge more for "organics" so you do the math. All of this means that the land reserved for nature has to be ploughed away and we threaten our wildlife even more.

So, organic food.  It's got a stupid name, it kills animals, it costs more, it kills you, its a lie and half of the time it doesn't make a bit of difference.
