I'm staying up for the fight, I subscribed to Setanta just for it. Atm they have an offer on where you pay for 1 month @ £15 and get 2 months free and you don't have to sign any sort of contract.

Thats a bloody good deal if you consider Sky are charging £19.95 for the fight alone!

I'd like to see Rick take Mayweather out, both of "Pretty Boy's" fights against Castillo went the distance, I'm sure this is Ricky's time, wonder if Mayweather can be persuaded to put his belt on the line?

hope the fight happens.

If hatton wants to be a great, then he'll have to beat a great(Kosya was very old). Mayweather is the one (but isn't he fighting at heavier weight?)

I thought Mayweather had retired after the oscar de la hoya fight, i cant see him coming out of retirement to fight Hatton. At the moment Hatton is the main man i can see him fighting La Hoya what a fight that would be

I saw the fight Live on Setanta and Hatton looked great but Mayweather will be too good for him.  Hatton is like a bull and I admire his style fighting on the inside but against mayweather he would get hit too easily.  Mayweather's hands are very quick and his combinations can be out of this world.

Mayweather is the real deal.

Is there anything else British that you want to dismiss?

Hatton has quick hands, Hatton has more steely determination, Hatton is the real deal. Mayweather is too far up his own backside to beat Hatton.

Hatton is good, but i would say both Mayweather and De la Hoya are superior fighters than him. Plus i think Hattons style would play right into there hands as they are both great technical boxers, also wouldnt Hatton have may have to go up a weight to fight either of them and Hatton was far from impresive vs Luis Callazo at welter weight.

Mayweather has fought at lightweight and light welterweight before. I'd love to see Hatton vs. Mayweather, the arrogant little fecker needs a good hammering. I love seeing people write Hatton off even before a punch is thrown.
