I think he'd suit us. Just what we need. We haven't got enough flair players to compete that lot down the road, so I'd welcome him with open arms.

We have to be realistic. The targets that United can attract aren't going to be interested in us. They're a bigger more attractive option right now. :angry:

I hate to admit it, but I'm starting get depressed about it. It's been how many years since we won the league??? and I know we all agree the League is the most important indicator of a teams ability, even though we could never admit that in front of United fans! . :angry:

Will we ever be bigger and better them? I really hope so, but I can't see it at the moment

I know the stats may be on our side, but in recent history (The last 15 years) they've been a far superior side. I know our team can be higly effective in cups, but we need the League to be the best. Our Premiership record isn't even better than :censored:

Even in Europe. Granted the win in 2005 was great, and what a second half we had, but you can't honestly tell me we were the best team in Europe that year??? Are really that biased? AC Milan were the best, but they fooked up the final. We did well, but we were never the best team.

Well.. looks like the "very exciting"(hicks) is benayoun.

I don't know, i think he is good, but not good enough for us, will be dissapointed that we didnt go for quality, but hopefully he (IF we sign him) will do well with us.

We can't really expect to get much more than Benayoun quality though! He isn't what you'd call top class, and it's not like he's going to imporve a great deal.

If only we could attract the Andersons & Ronaldo's of this world! :angry:
