That is definitely a fake shirt. Not only does it look cheap and tacky but it has got the 'TEAMGEIST' logo on the left sleeve which I believe the new shirts won't have.

If you compare the ebay pic to that below you'll also see that the badge is in the centre and not to the side.

I think you need to email the guy again and say

FAKEY FAKEY FAKEY FAKEY!  :rasp

I bought a fake shirt in Bangkok a coupla months back and it didnt have the Adidas badge on it. The fakers are coming under big pressure however that shirt above is horrible !! Look at the stripe under the collar, the Adidas badge is in the wrong place etc.. must have been made in the dark by a blind Chelsea fan. :D

Bloody hell these people could at least put some effort into making fake shirts, how hard can it be to copy the design?

Depends on the grade, the best ones are almost identical cept for the material used.

Manhattan only likes real shirts.

The fine stiching around the Liverbird, which just wants to shyt all over Everton's little derelict tower thingy.

I believe the best grade out there currently is AAA. Would be very hard to tell the difference between the pirated, and the original version unless you know the material.

I can't see us releasing another European away shirt. The white and green one hardly got use last seaon (Galatasaraay, Barca and Watford?) so it seems a bit of a rip off to release another.
The shirt looks like a training top to me anyway.

Liverpool ARE releasing another European Away shirt and the picture above of Carra is it.
It is a big bloody rip-off and seems to be adidas' new trick to guarantee income from at least two shirts every summer. The best response to this is to just buy one at the most although for me I'll be buying none this summer as the black one is shite and the white one isn't much different to the white one Reebok released two summers ago.
