Owen, Forlan nor Bent are going to make us a premiership league winner next season, we have to aim higher and go for the best, IMHO.

I agree on Forlan and Bent but Owen is a class above both of them and IMO shouldnt even be in the same category ( he belongs with the Villas Etos and Tevez of this world ). Owen alone may or may or may not make us Champions but Owen plus a couple more quality players will give us a better chance

First, this is probably one of Thicky Allardyce's attempts to get Owen to commit. Secondly, don't quote the S*N on here, leave it in the bog where it belongs. Third, Owen does have class and, okay, he gets injured, but he does score and we do need proven goalscorers. He scores goals. That ol' form is temporary, class is perminent. It's true and Owen has class.

Due to his injuries and wages I would stay away from him, and the fact that he has no loyalty. He owes Newcastle and if he leaves he will be left with no respect within football.

I remember the day when they had that guy of SSN in St Jamses park with quite a few Newcastle fans and they asked MO in frot of everyone " people think your just here for a year" and MO said "im here for the duration" hahaha did they really believe him. Hes a slippery little :censored:
