The hardest question - Who goes with you ?

Might have discussed this before but what the f'uck  :D .

Me and the missus (pi'ssed again) were working through our music collection  and trying to decide if we were on a sinking ship with a desert island of the port bow , (apart from a cd player and loads of batteries) you've just got time to grab 5 cd's from your music collection . What would they be ? . Hard choices to be made , no greatest hits allowed .

We ended up with

1, Van Morrison , It's too late to stop now
2, Pink Floyd , The Division Bell
3, Joni Mitchell, Blue
4, Santana, Abraxas
5, Jefferson Airplane, After Bathing at Baxters

At one point I thought it would be easier to go down with the ship rather than leave behind so much other music I have loved.

So , again , the question is .

Stuck on an island possibly for years and years , what are the 5 albums you could live with ?

  :wwww

Sabre's MP3s have got me thinking now. Wouldn't it be easier and less bulky to grab my ipod instead of 5 CDs - then I wouldn't have to choose :p

I love greatest hits albums!!...but woof says they're not allowed.... :D

so I've picked 5 (non-greatest hits) with certain tracks that are special to me...

Hotel California - Eagles

The Long Run - Eagles

Genesis - Genesis

Learning To Crawl - The Pretenders

Three - The Sugababes

(if I could've had 'greatest hits' they would've been...Genesis, Pretenders, Back Street Boys, The Police and Eagles...ah well perhaps that's another thread... :) ).
