the Egyptian derby
yesterday ahly lose cairo derby against zamalek, ahly can win the title for that year but the coach manoul jose desiced to send some players for vacation the most importat players in team as like flavio and aboutrika and hadary ,it was the reson of lose ,that derby was the most match in EGyptian league make a profits from TV and advertsmeants
zamalek can beat ahly 2-0 goales for tamer and hamza zamalek fans considred that night a dream night becouse in the last 8 matches between them ahly win in 7 and draw in one

I think my local team played both Zamalek and Al Ahly in summer competitions. They were decent sides, perhaps far still from the Spanish level, but nice to watch.

Good to have an insight in African football here.

I dont usually watch arab leagues, because im fed up with the lebanese league! cr@p league!

They put alot of egyptian league on t.v, i try to watch a few.

Was happy when egypt won the African nations cup 2 years ago.

of course brother Egypt still far but tooooooo far too the spanish level
but you have to know
who founded the both team was english
that derby is more than match

i used to live in luxor, and i watched zamalek alot on tv with the locals.

football is alive and well in egypt :)
