I am stuck in the office with a load of Mancs most saying "Champions league second rate cup" and one sad season ticket holder at Old Twatford shouting " Come on Roma beat the scouse b@stards" FFS Roma

? Couple of City Supporters have jumped on the band wagon one was heard making tea and whistling "We won it five times" but best of all the ONE bitter in the office can only go on about being in europe next season and says he will be watching all about the Chelsea Flower show :laugh:

Heard from espn that they have inside info on the team rafa is gonna put out........

What do u guys think of this team ? i'm sorta disappointed crouch isn't playing from the start...

Anyway, hopefully....we make it 6 ...

ESPN are numptys then. The Champions League warm up show last night on sky sports managed to work out the same team purely based on Rafa's last press conference.

All the reports are that we'll start as a 4-4-1-1 with gerrard supporting Kuyt.

Personally I'd prefer Crouch upfront if we play that fromation, as he causes more problems. milan have mentioned crouch, but also barca did in the build up to that game, the europeans still dont know what to make of him.

From BBC:

Meanwhile AC Milan forward Kaka says his team must pay close attention to Liverpool striker Peter Crouch during Wednesday's final.

Kaka's side are favourites to win in the Olympic Stadium in Athens but the 25-year-old Brazilian knows all about Crouch's aerial prowess.

"He's a dangerous player in the air, when the ball is in the area he's always an opportunist," said Kaka.

"We will have to pay attention to him if he plays."

The way they wilted against us in the semis i thought that was the Chelsea flower show :laugh:

Thats the team Sky suggested was going to play in there preview prog last night after Penners let it slip in the press conference he would be playing. Its a formation for stopping them playing and maybe holding on till 60 mins then bring on bellamy with his pace when the Milan old 'uns are weary. Whichever team/formation Rafa puts out HE knows what he is doing
