Ah, Alaves. :)

Perhaps you didn't notice but reaching that final against Liverpool was special event for them and their shirt, was only used for that match. It had written in it the name of every season ticket holder in small size.

They were not a strong team but did their stuff with order, normally.

Right now they're struggling in segunda division and might be relegated.

Christ I knew they were relegated from La Liga but I didnt know they were facing relegation to the Tercera! Kinda like Leeds who were in the CL semi the same year they played us in Dortmund!

Except the Leeds situation is funnier!

Yes, they did a bad job with finances, and the club was bought by Dmitri Piterman, an eastern mogul.

He's like to have Abramovith and Mourinho all together, but without the money and the knowledge of football.

He sacked a coach, because "he didn't obbey the orders" (he wanted to make the line ups. After a recent game they lost, Piterman threated to play himself (he's president, coach and is signed up as a player).

The crowd is outraged with him, he's mad.

There are things that only happen in this country.

I meant Abramovich as in he puts the money and buys the club, and also Mourinho as he's a big mouth that even slags the town's major and politicians and also pretends to know about football, like Mou.

He has quotes enough for a general chat thread. He called "drunken idiots" to the fans of the club that showed banners against his presidency (unacceptable), and he does things like appearing in reviews semi-naked with his 50 years body.

It's actually difficult to understand how idiot he is.

It's more or less the same situation with Hearts in Scotland Sabre, they have a mad Lithuainian owner(his name escapes me at the moment) who does kinda the same type of thing. :suspect:
