Been watching the news keeping myself updated, still cant believe they have basically no leads, its been a complete shambles the way the police have conducted the search, and as Dundalk has said there is still hope. :nod

typical press, the story was dying down so some reporter from the daily mirror sent the police to this guy (who i must point out has no evidence against him). remember from the ipswich murders guys, you all had the first guy the arrested hung, drawn and quartered when he wasnt involved.

the reporter should be ashamed of herself for diverting the police away from their duties on the whim of some idiot who wanted a story

disgraceful waste of time and resources, being a little different does not make you a murderer, the murderers normally appear normal outwardly.

i know people will draw comparrisons to huntley, he wanted to get involved in the search etc and this guy in portugal has been involved translating at the request of the police.

GMTV this morning had this bloke found guilty and sentenced, they even had a reporter at a house in Norfolk where he has relations and also revealed that he has an ex-wife and Daughter "who is 4 just like Maddy and looks a bit like her"
Bad reporting which smacks of sensationalism.....

Sunday Mirror it said she represented.

The most astonishing claim was when she stated, "He was acting suspiciously enough to arouse interest..." then went on to add "He had a funny eye" inferring that anybody wearing any kind of optical prosthesis is automatically going to be 'a bit dodgy looking'

Unreal, pathetic and quite frankly the standard of reporting, by which we now measure the state this failing society we live in has descended into. Nothing more (on her part) than Bog room whispers between the girls on a night out for me...

This is getting very worrying, the longer this goes on the more I think something tragic has happened to her. I really hope I am wrong but it doesn't look good to me. Remember Ben Needham, he went missing in Corfu about 10 years ago, they have never found him. I hope this isn't the case.

Just shows how time flies Ste..... Kerry Needham, Ben's Mum, was on telly yesterday and it's actually 16 years since he went missing, 1991.....!!!
