to be fair mick, its not mod bashing as such, its bashing the different standards set for different posters, whether thats by mods or by others, but in this instance a poster was banned for calling a mod a name while his calling others names have gone unpunished. the comparison to stu comes from they have both made racist comments, both been abusive, both been banned, but the difference is stu was allowed back and barry didnt get a chance, he was banned again straight away. now when i did that to stu i was told i was wrong, jonnymac does it and nobody bats an eyelid.

with regards to the ego trip mate, i am certain that for the majority its true that its no ego trip, this can be seen by all the mods (bar one) not feeling the need to comment on everything and feel like they need to give the permission or acceptance of everything. like this thread for example, jonnymac could have just come in an give his explanation, but jonny ends up having a rant about it, why does he have a rant, because a few of us question the mods, why do we question the mods? because of the actions of one mod who once again gets involved in something that didnt require his involvment.

now my problem, my problem is that i am one of the few prepared to point things out and the then the blase on here get the chance to call me tedious and prattle on about missing kids and hospitals. now if the powers could just stop with the "all for one" attitude and look at whats actually happening on the board then they may actually see the problem.

for my part i have ignored it as best i can, i didnt start this thread, but i felt the need to respond to sabre on this occassion as he again showed hypocrisy. now if sabre had of kept his nonsense out of this thread there would have been no problem, how can sabre tell us why barry was banned again when he neither knew why he was banned again or who in fact banned him? the simple fact is it just shows how much he likes to get involved in things and its to the detriment of the forum.


anyway thats my views, i know its the views of other who wish to remain quiet about it on here because they cant be bothered with the idiots talking about missing kids and posting    emoticons.

the fact is guys when you make comments like that you are showing that our comments annoy you, now what gives you the right to say our comments annoy you when in fact our comments are about something that annoys us, can you see that you are doing exactly the same thing.


this is not a rant, this is simply in response to mick who is in all fairness the most balanced mod on here, and at the moment the only one who actually does any modding rather than strutting round the board (not aimed at jonny, st mick, ss before you freak out), seriously guys i dont see any action from any mods rather than mick

This thread was opened to ask a question apparently. And it became another Sabre slagging thread. I don't want to enter another fight, because as Kazza1 has said, I'm not important enough to have an audience, and this forum isn't about me.

Since I don't want to engage another fight, and the original question of the thread is answered, I deem this thread pointless.

And it will be locked.

If you don't like me, you can open a poll about me, "Should he not come back to the forum? Yes, no?", whatever, I don't care, but it seems to me that everbody can see a pattern here when you have a go at me at the slighest chance. So if you have problems with me, discuss the matter openly, do not do it in other threads as if your purpose was another.

Peewee "mate", I don't take you seriously, so the best thing you can do is to stop this. You seem que QUixote fighting windmills.
