No one, and what happens when you have extra time on your hands with people standing off, more accurate crosses... cue Crouchinho

I dont see it that way - should be Riise left mid, Arbeloa left back

Riise and Arbeloa haven't exactly been class as of late. Although Riise does have a habit of getting crucial goals against Chelsea  :D

same here effes.

You ask "what player on the Chelsea squad will see him as a threat? No one"

- well exactly the same as last time then - a while he wasn't the worst performer on the night, exactly how many times did he beat his man AND put a quality cross in?

Yes he was made a bit of a scapegoat last time, but do we really want more of the same.... lots of ball and time for zenden, but failure to do anything with it?

It was imperative that we could attck both wings with Essien in the centre of their defence.

Zenden did nowt when he got the ball in the first leg - why should we expect different this time.
He's got NO PACE to beat the right back.

Puts a LOT of pressure on Pennant.

I wouldn't be suprised if Gerrard and Zenden swap places throughout, with Stevie terrorising Ferreira.

Has Alonso had a slight injury or sommat? I'm shocked he's not in the team.

I can't remember who mantioned it earlier, but it will be the

Essien  -  Terry
     \        /
     Makelele

triangle will be the key to breakthrough/bypass if we are to score tonight.

Chelsea team news: The Blues make two changes from the team that won the first leg 1-0. Michael Essien, who was suspended for that match, comes in in central defence for the injured Ricardo Carvalho, while Salomon Kalou starts in place of the Andriy Shevchenko, who is also injured.

Petr Cech; Paulo Ferreira, Michael Essien, John Terry, Ashley Cole; Claude Makelele, Frank Lampard, John Obi Mikel, Joe Cole; Solomon Kalou, Didier Drogba.

Liverpool team news: The Reds start with Peter Crouch in attack alongside Dirk Kuyt. Crouch's recall in place of Craig Bellamy is one of three changes from the first leg, with Jermaine Pennant replacing Xabi Alonso and Steve Finnan returning in place Alvaro Arbeloa.

Pepe Reina; Steve Finnan, Jamie Carragher, Daniel Agger, John Arne Riise; Jermaine Pennant, Steven Gerrard, Javier Mascherano, Boudewijn Zenden; Peter Crouch, Dirk Kuyt.
