Immodium is what the doc has presribed to me, been violently ill since sunday had no ale either ,day is fecking spoilt cant go to town or nothing got dehydration due to a dodgey belly FFS, what a day to miss out cant believe it gutted. Wanted to go down to the courts have a ball today :down:

don't even know why i bothered coming into work this morning. all i've done is watch youtube clips of liverpool for the last hour.

I'm dead busy today, got three project deadlines before the end of the week and I've booked tomorrow off work.

Incidentally, it's time for UEFA to change the away goals rule. So much for the advantage of playing your home game second. It means the oppostion have the possibility of an extra 30 minutes to score an away goal. Away goals shouldn't count in extra time.
