Thought of the big man when we thrashed PSV,

Gone but NEVER forgotten

Stay strong and through time things will get better. I promise you that Karen.

Phil was such a great character on this forum and If he made such an impression on people he never met I can't even imagine what the people around him feel.

You will never walk alone!

Thanks for all your kind thoughts, even though people say the "firsts" without Phil will be the worse it still hurts so much and every second of the day is a first without him. Trying to get focused and have updated my cv and about to apply for jobs.  Had to go to appeal yesterday to get my son in our 1st preference high school think they must have felt sorry for me cause they granted the appeal! Its was a year yesterday since Phil rang me at work saying he felt strange but refusing to ring the doctors or ambulance, convinced him to ring NHS Direct they sent an ambulance, hospital finally decided to scan Phil's head, in the meantime Phil is screaming out for pain relief and for answers!!! Strange but even though it wasnt the answer we wanted Phil and I were both relieved that finally we knew what we had to fight and no longer had to convince "people" that there was something seriously wrong with Phil, it had taken 10 months to do so. The rest you all know and helped overwhelmingly with and I thank you.
Phil was always jotting down verses and stuff and I came across this one I would like to share with you....
KAREN
You consume me
My thoughts, my vision, my dreams
You become them, and you shape me
With a love and care that leaves
Me forever changed
You are the light in my darkness
My reason in all the madness
That surrounds this world
I fall in love with you over and over
Each and everday and this I promise
I LOVE YOU
Always and Forever
Without you I am nothing
With you I am everything
To love you is to love your smile
To love you completely
Changing nothing but adding one thing ME
Take my hand, I won't let you fall
And together let us fly into the unknown
The future, and face the world together
Together we will be
For all eternity
Always and forever
Phil

Mrs Drummerphil. I wouldn't find the words in Spanish to say exactly how I feel, let alone in English, so I won't try.

I just will say two things. Thank you for that bit of Phil you've posted, you help so that he stays alive in our hearts. And please, please, if you EVER need something of any of us, you know the PM and the forum is opened for whatever it is. Don't hesitate doing that, please.

And Thank you, again.
