You mean you don't like the silence??? Personally I think it provides the majority of you men with time to ponder ., philosophise, take stock .. and than get home to your nagging wives..girlfiriend or boyfiiends (whatever u prefer)

But seriously...yes come on 12th men/women/children/girls and boys...get your singing and chanting voices tuned-up the Reds may well be marching this season:

Singing and backing the team doesn't make the slightest bit of difference. Not even 1 point during the season. :) We should all sit there and slag the players off and "boo" them.

We're only fans the players out on the pitch have to make us sing and make us want to love this club. The have to make us proud to support Liverpool... because if they don't i will be ashamed to support this club and may start to tell everyone i support Arsenal.

Yeah enough of the sarcasm...

Agree totally. :)

yeah, i know we all get frustrated, but booing etc. aint the answer.

this club has a lot of traditions which make it the best in the world, and one of those is the loyalty of the fans which hasn't lived up to its reputation last season. getting behind the team is always the order of the day no matter what the score is. if we want to make anfield one of the most fearsome grounds in england to play in then we must get behind the team 110%
Steve Gerrard Gerrard,
He'll pass the ball 40 yards,
He's quick and he's f*cking hard,
Steve Gerrard Gerrard.

The first thing we need to do is tell people there are two verses to YNWA,it gets me mad when they clap and interrupt the next verse, its just ignorant.personally iv,e been bored stiff watching houlliers tactics and hope to see a change with rafa. ONE upfront is not what we want to see at anfield,I know it,s naive and the game has changed but i,d love to see us attack teams home and away

I remember the days when the kop could suck a ball into the net.
When teams where sh*tting themselves as they stepped onto OUR pitch. It wasn't just the 11 men in red they were playing against but the Thousands and Thousands in red in the stands.

This post is ******!

I thought you were gonna say...."dominic Matteo" to replace Hypia or henchoz.

or "Patrick Berger" for the wing!

I dont think the fans have that much influence. Whether they sing or not, the team should get the job done.

The fans can make a difference, but you still need the players to put that fire in your belly. And the players need to be up for it,to help the fans lift them when they begin to wane. It's a two way thing...last season the players weren't up for it and eventually lost the fans.
I'm sure a new start will herald a new beginning..whoaaa a Motty cliche.

Yeah tell me about it.

These days its our lads playing against the tousands in the stands.

Supersub, the last two years didn't see the players losing the fans. Most of the "fans" seemed to want us to fail to satisfy there own ego's last season which was extremely depressing.

I'd show the same passion and support for this club no matter of there position and i expect that of everyone else who claims to be a fan.....

Very naive, but thats how i think it should be.

Its hard to find 12 men at anfield these days. What with the young lads taking there want to be football fans [girlfriends] to the game screeming when mikey owen goes near them, asking stupid questions about offside and why isnt frank lampard playing because hes better than murphy, there will never be the atmosphere to inspire the team. Listen lads leave the girls at home getting the lumps out of the gravy and lets get anfield back to the way it used to be!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D
