Do lfc need raul ?

TBH I think bringing Raul in would be a very bad idea. It's well known that alot of the dressing room unrest in the past few years at Madrid has centered around Raul (usually when he's been dropped) and any player that is capable of causing that kind of unrest amongst the squad is only going to be bad for team morale. By no means do I think that Raul is a bad player, he has shown some brief glimpses this season of the old Raul but they have been few and far between and as others have said not what we need to launch a title assault next year.

I can't believe people here compare raul to be the "next morientes"! Raul is class! his record speaks itself! top goals scorer in the champions league, top goal scorer for real madrid! he is class! He is a goal poacher and is a constant threat to the defence.

In the last two years he hasn't been hitting form, its because his team isn't playing well. I have seen most real madrid games this season, and in some games he was absolutely phenominal.

No ta

real madrid fans would revolt if raul leaves! they would skin the real madrid president alive!  :D

I dont think he will leave, he is a legend to them and has been their top goalscorer.

yep... they're both ugly as :censored::wwww
but tevez can actually play football. i'm a fan of his, but don't know if it would work out for him at liverpool, and i think he really wants to make a go of it with west ham. if they stay up, and i think they will btw, he'll defo stay for another year

One time, I saw a man looking at me, yes, with his eyes. And then, he, he picked up a tube. And he looked, in the tube, and he made the moon big, inside the tube. The moon big inside a tube! Waahaha... Aaah. Telescope.

on a free i'd say yes. wages won't be so extreme. still a good player. cant possibly have eto, teves, villa in the same squad.

Realistically, one of eto or villa. crouch, kuyt, raul and i think bellamy. We are gonna get good money for pongolle and cisse will probably get another loan, cos marseille aren't wanting him.

I have a feeling little luis might leave us. No foundation just a inkling.

Back to raul, i still thinkit is a rumour. spanish legend, benitez etc.

As a Real Madrid fan..it would e extremely strange for me not to see Raul in a white shirt...but the truth is that the board seems to be with sleeves rolled up and really commited to do what they promised: dressing room cleaning. I had always thought Raul was untouchale but it seems that both parts are coming to the conclusion that a cycle is finishing...I don't even think the fans (who loved Raul) would see it as a disaster.

As for his chances in the Premier...well, you never know, but I wouldn't bet a penny for him at a fast pace game as English one is. All would depend on the wage he demands and the players LFC keep up front for next season...but in the beginning, I would say NO. But.....teams of the world....please....sign him!!! lol...I'm a bit bored of the neverending "Raul debate").

Just imagine us buying tevez and playing him upfront with kuyt, we'd have the ugliest strike force in the premiership

all i can say is... when raul leaves it will be the final nail in the coffin for the "galacticos" era. maybe it will be good for real when he goes, a new beginning and all that?
