Help needed for a ticket - Liverpool v wigan

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby sundy » Thu Apr 05, 2007 11:06 am

I know there are probably hundreds of people at any given time in the same boat as myself but if i dont ask i wont receive.
Basically what has happened was 4 of us booked flights and accomadation for the weekend of the Wigan home game just after Christmas. Spent 5 hours dialling the credit card line Tuesday morning in hope to get tickets to no avail, eventually got throu at 12.50 only to be told they were sold out.
I dont mean this to sound like a sob story but its my first time travelling to anfield, booked it around the weekend of my birthday for extra celebrations and was hoping maybe someone on here could point me in the right direction for a few tickets? We will be travelling over now either way. I dont support ticket touting but if anyone had spare unwanted tickets they would be much appreciated.

Be careful if you are tempted and do buy tickets outside ground that they are real tickets or not stolen, as you pay money for tickets and won't get to see the match

I was trying as well. Don't know how many hours I've spent trying, months and months.

Not safe at all.
