Kuyt just does not have the quqlites to get 25 goals in this country. You harldy see him in the box never saw him with a instanctvie finash does not have blistering pace and can,t beat a man with skill passing not up to scratch. He should be droped for robbie fowler

What a load of tosh. They were saying the same thing about Drogba who couldn't hit a barn door in his first two seasons here.

It's something I mentioned in one of earlier posts in this thread, that the lack of goals from elsewhere in the team, has heaped more pressure on our strikers, and maybe it's a bit unfair on being too critical in this sense.

Rafa's always talked about balance, and I think the reason we have really lacked goals is because of our left wing. It's been a problem all season, and say what you like about Kewell, but we've missed him big style this season. Gonzalez, Aurelio and Riise have not been able to cover that position as well. Consequently, we pose no real threat to teams down that side. And therefore it's easier for teams to concentrate on other areas of the pitch and stifle our play and goal opportunities.
