Also after watching the game against villa i think that proved that Mascherano and sissoko can't play together in the centre

If we were skint and needed to sell to bring in wingers and a striker, I'd reluctantly say that Alonso was a player we could just about afford to lose, particularly now that we have Mascherano.
But we're not skint, we're not a selling club and the guy is class. Unless someone comes in with world-beating money I don't think Rafa would even give an offer a second glance.
He does need to get his consistency together though. When his passing is off and he gets a cheap yellow card early on in a game, he can look incredibly ordinary. Against Man U the other week though he was exceptional.

Then I'll see if it's worthy of reading.

Attacking CM?!!!!!!?? This is a player who had the 2nd most tackles in the premiership last season and about as many again this season. Alonso might be able to play the killer pass but he is essentially a Defensive Midfielder and has been since he arrived at the club.
