My neighbour recently lost her husband. Shes an old girl who was with her old man for over 50 years (Tom was his name). He fought in the second world war and was situated in italy as a messenger. He delivered messages over the battlefield to each and every person fighting there putting his own life at risk.
It may seem theres no point to this what im typing but there is. Everyone who dies always has a tale to tell. How about this?
Each time it comes to Phils birthday tell a tale about his life? Dont mourn his death but hail his life. I for one would listen.
Bill Shankly: “I was the best manager in Britain because I was never devious or cheated anyone. I’d break my wife’s legs if I played against her, but I’d never cheat her.”
