We don't need "super stars". We just need a TEAM which plays effective football as a unit. Which sacrifices for one another on the field. Which plays with guts. And above all, shows absolute pride wearing the jersey out in the field.
That is the Liverpool i have been missing.

you know, i find it interesting that the all star teams are not doing well and real TEAMS are winning-- witness greece, the pistons ( i live within sight of tiger stadium but haven't watched the pistons since the bad boys), the calgary flames and tampa bay lightning-- the fall of the LAKERS,red wings, real, FRANCE italy spain germany and sorry england
what i'm saying its the team that comes first--coaching is the key-- it fries my nads that these guys who would be flippin burgers if they weren't athletic seem to think they're more than the team--they really don't know how replacable they really are-- rush and daglish retired and the team didn't fold-- whomever leaves--- WE WILL SURVIVE AND WIN--- i will get to the kop one day
