The reason why the takeover of Liverpool by DIC has prematurely been halted was believed as a result of the involvement of Carlsberg. The beer that has been with us for many years suggested that to put them out of the bidding process was a disrespect or even a madness.

DIC, who once planned to discharge Carlsberg for religious reason (drinking alcohol is banned by some islam), however have agreed lately to keep Carlsberg in circle as long as


















they change their beers to camels milk
