Just read this on the BBC:

"Everton's form has been a bit rocky recently so who better to walk on to Goodison than Sylvester Stallone?

The 60-year-old was given a grand Toffees welcome, although I understand that Alan Stubbs and David Weir were a little worried until Moyes assured them that Sly was too young to be a reserve team centre-back.

He claims to be a football fan, but if that's true why watch Everton? (If he'd have crossed Stanley Park to the red side they'd have been singing 'You'll Never Walk Stallone')

On second thoughts though, was it Sly? Or was it some nobody with a rubber mask of the 'Italian Stallion'? Maybe it was that bloke off that Channel Four programme - RamBo Selecta.

He needs to be careful or he could end up looking like his mum (her once of Celebrity Big Brother fame and the walking deterrent to DIY plastic surgery).

I can't believe he's doing Rocky 6 but I've already started work on my screenplay for Rocky 7:

SCENE ONE - A GRAVEYARD, LATE AT NIGHT
Camera closes in on a headstone. It reads 'Here lies Rocky Balboa, KO 427th round'. Suddenly a boxing glove bursts through the ground on the end of a wizened arm. We hear a voice from beneath the soil...
ROCKY: "I’m 82 an' I still got all me own teef."

Cue 'Eye of the Tiger' etc...."
